0 Rating.... I strongly advise against choosing Netplus Broadband. My experience with their service has been nothing but frustrating. The internet connection stops working every week, and when I contact customer support, they always say the system is updating and do not register my complaints. This has been happening for weeks, and now they have even suspended my connection without resolving the issue.
I've already paid for the next month in advance and have requested a refund and compensation for the work losses I've incurred due to these constant outages. Despite numerous emails, I have received no response from their customer support.
If you rely on a stable internet connection and expect good customer service, do not choose Netplus Broadband. Their service is unreliable, and their support is ineffective. if you wanna suffer like me go for it.
